Vanilla buttercream

Today, I was in a public restroom when the girl in the stall next to me started asking me how I was doing. Thinking it was weird but not wanting to be rude, I answered her questions. Halfway though our conversation she said: "Hold on, the girl in the stall next to me thinks I'm talking to her."

No it wasn't me, however that wouldn't be too weird haha.

Inspired by the cute ones we ate in London (second photo), I decided to make some cupcakes at home. My foster sister turned 14 today! Oh how addicting is that frosting. Use lots of powder sugar, vanilla sugar, little butter and very little milk and almond essence. For the chocolate ones, just add melted chocolate. Yesterday I went to the Noordermarkt in Amsterdam with Sanne. I went by train on seven in the morning, it took me two hours to get there. I bought these lovely Mirko sandals, from the seventies/eighties (?), but never worn. I also bought some ribbons to make a plain shirt more cheerful. We walked through the Jordaan, checking out vintageshops. We were lost all the time haha. Oh and we went to IJscuypje. They have icecream with applepietaste! Tomorrow I'm going for a real shopping trip with my friend Rosan, to Amsterdam again!
